I made a 9 x 13 raspberry pie on sunday. It should have been 2 normal pies but I wanted to see if I could make a rectangle pie. The berries were nice and juicy and not overly sweet. I poured out some of the extra juice as we started to slice the pie into another container. Tonight I reduced that juice into a nice thick sauce and drizzled it over waffles. The results were fabulous!
