Salmon- It's what's for dinner

I butterflied a thick piece of copper river salmon so that it would cook more evenly on the grill. On one side I placed orange slices and on the other I put apple slices. For the side dishes I grilled asparagus, corn on the cob, red peppers and green beans. What a perfect dinner for the first weekend of summer.
